Once my payment is processed how long does it take until I get my Pre Foreclosure or Foreclosure Listings?

Immediately after your payment has been processed you will receive an email with your usierid and password in it. You can use your useid and password to immediately access the most current reports in the Member's Only Center. This entire process should happen in a matter of minutes. Ocassionally email is not delivered or is grabbed by aggressive email filters.

Call us if you do not get your email within 60 minutes.

How often are the Pre Foreclosure Reports processed and delivered?

Every week you will receive a new report(s) from askforeclosure.net with current information collected by our own researchers.

How are the Pre Foreclosure Reports delivered?

Your Pre Foreclosure Repors are delivered via email direclty to you in as a compressed zip file format. You require Adobe Reader in order to view your Pre Foreclosure or Foreclosure Listings. If you do not have Adobe reader installed on your computer you can download it here free of charge.

Can I cancel my subscription?

If you are unhappy with your subscription for some reason please give us the opportunity to rectify your issue and to make you happy. Please call us first at the number below. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging onto to your paypal account and canceling it there.

AsKForeclosure uses PayPal to process your orders. Paypal is a well known e-commerce company owned by EBay. askforeclosure.net is a PayPal verified vendor. Your payment information is collected and processed by Paypal. Paypal process millions of dollars of transactions each year and is safe and reliable.

If you prefer not to use PayPal or your credit or debit card you may mail a check to our offices. Please print out our order form click here and mail it to the address on the order form. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
